Who we are

Harbour provides non-clinical, text-based emotional support and wellbeing conversation services, available through monthly subscription plans.

Our services are designed to offer comfort, listening and reflection- not therapy, counselling, diagnosis or medical advice.

Eligibility

To use Harbour, you must:

  • be 18 years of age or older; and 

  • reside in the united kingdom.

by subscribing, you confirm that you meet these requirements.​

Our services

Harbour offers two subscription plans:

  • Standard Talk: Daily support (Monday-Friday)

  • Plus Support: Priority 7-day access

All services are text-based and provided by trained Harbour Listeners.

Harbour is not therapy or counselling services.

Payments and Subscriptions
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in GBP via stripe or another secure provider.

  • your plan renews automatically each billing cycle until cancelled.

  • you can cancel any time before your renewal date.

  • Refunds are generally not provided once a billing period begins, except when required by law.

Confidentiality and Data

Harbour is committed to protecting your privacy.

Your conversations are confidential and handled according to our privacy policy.

However, if a listener believes there is a serious and immediate risk of harm to you or others, Harbour may contact the emergency services.

Service Availability
  • Harbour's services are available during stated response hours for each plan.

  • Response times may vary based on message volume and listener availability.

  • We may occasionally suspend or modify the service maintenance or updates with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

C.Essentials LTD provides non-clinical emotional-support services only.

To fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages; and 

  • You are responsible for your own wellbeing and actions based on our communication.

Harbour is not responsible for outcomes arising from reliance on listeners responses.

Intellectual property

All content, branding, and materials on the Harbour website are owned by C.Essentials LTD and protected by copyright law.

You may not reproduce, modify or distribute any content without written permission.

Cancellations and termination
  • You may cancel your subscription anytime via your account or by emailing Harbourwellbeing@zoho.eu

  • Harbour may suspend pr cancel your access if payment fails, terms are breached or misuse occurs.

  • Upon termination, your access will end at the close of your billing period.

Amendments

We may update these terms occasionally to reflect service or legal changes.

The latest version will always be available on our website and effective from the "Last updated" date shown above.
