Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Harbour, a service provided by C.Essentials LTD (registered in England and Wales, company No.16001166) 

We aim to offer calm, compassion emotional support that meets your expectations.

This policy explains how refunds work for all Harbour subscription plans.

Subscription payments

  • All Harbour plans ("Standard Talk" and "Plus support") re billed monthly in GBP (£) via stripe or another secure payment provider.

  • Your subscription renews automatically on your billing date unless cancelled in advance.

  • You may cancel anytime; your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

Refund eligibility

Because our services involve Human-delivered emotional support, we do not generally issue refunds once a new billing cycle has started.
However, a partial or full refund may be considered if:

  • You were charged after the cancelling your subscription before renewal.

  • You experienced a technical or billing error.

  • Harbour was unable to deliver the agreed level of service (for example, no listener assigned within 48 hours of payment).

Refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis.​

How to request a refund

if you believe you qualify for a refund:

  • Email Harbourwellbeing@zohomail.eu within 14 days of the billing date.

  • Include your full name, email address and payment receipt.

  • we will review your request within 5 working days.

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days.

7-Day cooling-off period

Under UK consumer law, you have a legal right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days.

Because Harbour provides instant access to digital services and human-delivered communication, by starting your application you acknowledge that the service begins immediately and that this may affect your statutory right to a full refund under the consumer contracts regulations 2013.

If you cancel within the first 7 days of subscribing and have not yet used the service, you may  request a full refund.

Cancellations
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting harbourwellbeing@zohomail.eu 

  • After cancellation, you'll retain access until your current billing period ends.

  • no further payments will be taken unless you re-subscribe.
